Cookie Policy
How we use cookies and tracking technologies on our platform.
1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They help us provide you with a better experience by remembering your preferences and understanding how you use our platform.
2. Cookies We Use
We use a minimal set of cookies to operate the platform:
- Essential Cookies: Required for authentication and security. These are session-based and automatically expire when you close your browser.
- Functional Cookies: Store your preferences such as language and display settings. These persist for up to 1 year.
We do not use advertising, tracking, or third-party analytics cookies.
3. Categories
Essential Cookies — Required for the platform to function. Cannot be disabled. These include authentication tokens and security cookies.
Functional Cookies — Store your preferences (language, theme). You can disable these, but some features may not work as expected.
We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party analytics cookies.
Optional first-party website measurement
Optional measurement is off until you enable it through Measurement preferences in the page footer. You can turn it off there at any time. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals.
When enabled, our public marketing pages send a fixed event category (demo view, demo link, trial link, email link or prepared email), page category, page language and broad traffic source to AutoSay. They do not send names, email addresses, message contents, raw referring URLs or visitor identifiers to this measurement endpoint. Page language is not your country.
The dedicated event log excludes IP addresses, user-agent strings, cookies and request headers. Normal hosting and security request logs are separate. Measurement counts are not unique visitors, submitted requests or purchases.
Your allow/deny preference is stored locally for up to 180 days. Only when measurement is allowed, broad source and landing-page categories are stored in this browser tab for up to 30 minutes and may be included in an email draft you choose to send to us. No unique tracking identifier is created, and no third-party analytics service receives these events.
Event logs are size-limited and rotated. Archives older than 14 days are removed when logs rotate; an inactive file may remain longer. Reports use only the last 14 days. Raw logs do not survive gateway replacement. Aggregated counts contain only date and the categories described above and may be retained for comparison. Requests, qualified enquiries and paid customers are recorded separately using actual inbox, sales or billing evidence.
4. Managing Cookies
You can manage cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:
- View and delete existing cookies
- Block all or specific cookies
- Set preferences for specific websites
- Get notifications when cookies are set
Note that blocking essential cookies may prevent you from using the Autosay CRM platform.
5. Legal Basis
Essential cookies are processed under GDPR Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest. Functional cookies are processed under Article 6(1)(a) — consent. Under KVKK, processing is governed by Article 5(1) — explicit consent.
